Hmmm...

Well... Everyone knows my stance on retro....

I'll say that the interior is a surprise to me in the fact that I like it better than I thought I would.

I think the rear end looks better than the concept car...

The profile, however, looks more upright, and sedanish than the concept, which is a big disappointment to me... reminds me of the current car.

The front... not bad... could be worse. The foglight positioning just follows the retro trend even further...

I don't think it is totally hideous or anything... I still think retro is a dead end.

I also find it interesting that someone who took spy shots of this car, in what appears to be a Ford garage or facility of some sort... went to the trouble of blurring out all (I should say most... you can make out a few things) of the background.

Personally I really like the exterior (except for unimaginitive spoiler, but such things are easily retrofittable by owners). The front end is mean and angular and as a matter of fact I like the big fog lights. I like the roofline - reminds me of my favorite Mustangs, the '69 fastbacks. The interior though... too "old". I hate the number font used on the gauges, the over-pleated seats (frankly I didn't like them on my 02 TA either), and the sharp edge at the dash top. Looks old and cheap. HOWEVER... I do think the car will be a hit, at least with MEN. Women though will be turned off by the low roof and relatively poor visibility. Oh well. It's good to see them putting out some real motivating power to get Chevy moving on the next Camaro!

Front end looks a lot better than the concept, I hated the concept headlights.

THe back is OK, I like it a little better than the concept, but I still think it is real plain.

Someone really needs to download them quickly. If this was GM, they probally would have had any website that displayed thes pictures shut down by now.

It makes a lot of sense if they don't want to get caught and don't want anyone to know when or where the pictures were taken (the first step to being caught).

Is that a base V6 or a GT?

I noticed that this one has duals...where that last pic we saw, seemed to have a single exhaust. Also...does anyone else think that those are some big *** brakes?
I'm a little late for the game but....I think those brakes are not as big as you think the calipers look huge compared to the rotor. Maybe 11"/10'. I'm guessing it's a V6. The wheel/tire combo doesn't look very agressive. From what I can see I would have to agree that those are 16" wheels. I think it looks pretty good. Gotta see it in person to give it the final verdict.

IMO: Styling is the most important factor if the next Camaro is going to be a success. We can safely guess that the next gen will be a top notch performer.
