I wish there was some info on the thing, because what I just watched was just a commercial for Honda with feel good imagery everywhere, that took forever to load I might add, on a 15M down connection.

I did a search on it after watching the video.
There is quiet a bit of info out there, and in all honesty the turbine set-up is very unique.
And the jets "Gotta be different" design if certainly eye-catching.
Woulda been better if it wasnt the "Feel good imagery" as stated above

I worked on the predecessor at Mississippi State University back in '90-'92. I did some design, analysis, and test work on an elastically tailored forward-swept carbon fiber/epoxy wing structure. Here's the all-composite jet we built with them at MSU back then:

It was a really elaborate and expensive beast! The wing also had leading edge slats and triple-slotted flaps. I think they wanted to incorporate as much as possible into that design to learn as much as they could about aircraft design and construction.
