I updated my post. It is definitely not the Holden badge.

Impala, Caprice, whatever. I'll take one of those, and a Lumina too please.

Excellent work, GM!

An Impala was a trim level on a Caprice originally anyway...right? So what's all the hub-bub about?
Bring the thing stateside so I don't have to get a minivan!

Are these cars going to be at NAIAS? If not, why not? GM need to federalize these cars now and get them into Chevy showrooms ASAP!!!

These are for the middle eastern market, and yes that is a Impala badge on a Caprice SS. Back when the in the 90s when GM introduced the B-Body Impala SS, the same car was sold as a Caprice SS over there, exactly the same as the Impala SS except all emblems were changed to Caprice SS. One reason was the Caprice had a huge following over there and was very popular. When I had my Carpice LT1 I got letters and postcards in the mail all the time from these export companies willing to pay top dollar for Caprices and Impala SS, thats one of the reasons you never see nice used examples any more especially in LT1 trim.
And the second reason was that naming a car after an animal is not the right thing to do over there, I don't know if its religon based or not, or maybe it was the Arabic translation of "Impala", but I remember reading something about it a long time ago.

Now about the cars, those cars are awesome. Just imagine what the American Chevy line up would be like with those cars, plus the new revamped sportier Malibu and our Camaro.

Not Detroit , if it happens Chicago . And it wont have a Chevy badge , chevy is getting the US version of Zeta made here or Canada . "If" one is in Chicago it will sport a Pontiac badge FYI , they were already built to pass US standards too .
