New Avalanche in commercial?

Anyone see that new GM E85 commercial? Looks like they show a new avalanche filling up at the end.

IMO i've never understood the whole reason for an Avalanche. If you want a truck buy a truck, if you want a Suburban buy a Suburban. If you want niether you buy an Avalanche.

No, if you want both buy an Avalanche.

It's simply the most versitile truck/SUV on the planet.

personally I think GM should play up the whole E85 thing as much as possible.

also, oddly enough, as much as I hated the old Avalanche, the new one to me looks like a winner.

The biggest difference in my mind between an Avalanche and a Silverado is the ride.........the Avalanche is essentially a Suburban.......the ride is so much better........

It would just seem to work soooooooo much better as a useful Truck for what most people use them for . It hauls the same amount of people as a crew cab pickup , but by virtue of the "full bed when you need it only" it doesnt carry the lenght of a crew cab with a longbed . Plus it drives better than the truck . The one thing that was wrong with the Avalance just got corrected ....its actually even pretty attractive to look at now . If I were in the market for a Truck , the Avalanche would be numerou uno in my book .

I see nothing but positives here for a whole lota people . And its still not been one uped by anyone period

Have to agree! If ours crapped out tomorrow, I'd buy another one without hesitation. Best value GM offers IMO.

My step-father had a Silverado quad cab- basically identical (exact same interior). While his will tow/haul more (3/4 ton truck w/diesel), our Avalanche rides 10 times better and is far more versitile thanks to the mid-gate, hard toneau covers, side storage and the body caldding. Some hate the cladding (plastic), but I love the stuff now after having stuf bounce off it numerous times.
