my question is, why is no one talking about this?
106 million people watched the super bowl and not a single thread was started here to talk about THIS?
Pretty Impressive if you ask me

I agree. We had people over for the super bowl and EVERYBODY was in awe, including myself. Next year, this will be on my list, along with the G8 as I shop for a new car.
P.s. Only 97 million watched the super bowl. 106 million was the number that watched mash.
97 million watched the whole thing, 106 tuned in for the last 5 minutes..
..but thats neither here nor there.
IMO this is an awsome looking car as well as being loaded with great features for an unbeatable price.

Bad thing is the media will jump all over this thing and say, Ahh its better than the others including the CTS, and it will hurt GM sales. Its the same as buying stuff from china, you pay for what you get. My cowoorkers hyundai needed a new tranny at 42K.
The Japanese worked for three decades to great their products to that price ponit and Hyundai is trying to get there in less than two decades. You aren't very intelligent if you drop $35K on a hyundai. Especially with the resale. Now that GM is pulling out of rentals Kia and Hyundia are the new picks and it will hurt their allready bad resale.

I dunno - even if it doesn't look like it's the car for me, it sure does look like it'll be impressive. I mean Hyundai is already making some cars that are blowing away the quality control and reliability surveys, cars that are measuring to be more quiet and more refined than the rest of the competition, cars that offer all of the features and specs of their competition and more for 2/3rds the price. I think this car has some seriously incredible potential. This car is selling for 35k and in most ways appears to measure up to cars selling for 50-60k.
The two things that hurt it by default?
Its name.
Its predicted resale value.
edit: in further review, they need to do something about that steering wheel and the window control buttons on the door. It cheapens the look of the rest of the interior.

If that doesnt take away the worry i dont know what will
"Why is nobody talking about this."
I'm not, because it didn't impact me at all...just another Hyundai. a.k.a. just one more car on my "Do Not Look At" list.
That's quite a lengthy list, btw.
now the Audi...that's a different story........
