MORPACE Intl. Inc. "feature survey"
MORPACE Intl. Inc. "feature survey"
Please tell me someone out there completed this online survey. F-body owners help me hunt that someone down. Ask your F-bod owner friends. I was unable to complete that survey myself as I was away on vacation and did not have internet access. This was another one of those "2002 Chevrolet Camaro V8" specific surveys. The letter gave my gutt the same feeling the GONGOS survey did. It was a feature survey, and the invite left me thinking GM is working on the 5th gen interior appointments and features now. Damn, I knew I should have gone to the public library.
Here's some tidbits from the invite letter:
Subject: Automotive manufactures need to know what features you want in your next vehicle!
You are invited to take part in an important automotive research study. You qualify to participate if:
You are the principal driver of the vehicle listed above.
You want to influence what vehicle manufactures produce in the future.
You have access to the internet.
MORPACE INTERNATIONAL, INC. is a leading consumer research firm located in Farmington Hills, Michigan. We are currently conducting an automotive research project and are very interested in hearing from vehicle owners like you. We invite you to express your opinions and preferences regarding your vehicle.
blah,blah,blah.... This particular survey is administered via the Internet. ... 30 minutes of your time.... the information you provide will be used for research purposes only....
It sounded to me like the survey would be kinda like PacerX's. What's right/wrong with the 4th gen thread(s). I can only guess now though. People help me track down someone that took this survey. Thanks.

I took the online survey last week. If you scroll down a few posts you should be able to find a thread where someone else described taking the same survey. Kind of felt like I was helping the direction GM was going with the next F-body but one can't be sure. My only gripe was that all the questions pertained to options interior, wheels, turn signals, etc... as opposed to things like power plants. They did ask about independant rear suspensions though. Basically one of the questions said something to the effect of "would you buy a rear wheel drive sportscar with a 4.6 v8 producing 300 HP if optioned the way you filled out the questionaire?". I wanted to say it better not be a 4.6 and 300 HP is fine for the entry level car but I better have a 350 or larger displacement motor as an option producing closer to 400 HP.
