So the wheels aren't coming with the car.. maybe for a higher performance model and the interior wont be as nice? I kinda wish they weren't showing a "concept" since that car looks like it could roll right onto car lots. If it looked like that though.. I'd have to have that along side a new Camaro as a family car a few years down the road

I agree, I've just been assuming that they'd put the actual LS2 in there. But if these are being built in Australia, then they will probably have the Australian 362hp L98 . If this is meant to compete against the BMW 335 and Infiniti G35, then it would really be better off with the extra hp.

Uh, in the pic it looks like it says L76 . Why would they use L98 again?! (and before someone says it, I know they re-used LS6)

ONLY 362 hp?!

That's alot in itself, and you aren't going to miss the extra 38 horses. The car is still pushing over 390 lbs/ft of torque and although it will still run at least 160 mph, it's governed to 155. An extra 38 horses would be nothing more than mental candy in this instance.

FWIW: an engine reprograming should be sufficient to get 400hp.

I think you need to look at the STS then....

That's pretty much exactly what I am talking about and looking for... but I don't want the $50k+ price tag. :blah:

I'm hoping they will roll out AWD on a lower price point full size lineup soon.

Maybe it's just this tiny little laptop that I'm on, but I don't see a hand brake lever anywhere....??

I like the car a lot... Perfect proportions, great looking interior and presumably a very approachable entry price.

Charger R/T, it's closest competitor that I can come up with, goes for a tick under $31k... So I say give or take a couple thousand from that figure.
