It looks much better than the current car, more sporty. I think those bold fenders really make the car. The only part I don't like is the exhaust. Maybe this will foreshadow a redesign.

Thats interesting... The front grille looks like an audi, and those exhaust are really bulbous. but other than that its kinda nice.

 

That is one ugly car. I thought the regular Malibu Maxx's were bad enough, those flares and front just amplify it.
The back window in the Maxx is reminiscent of a Monte Carlo SS Aero.

Can't really call it pretty.....but I guess it beats what they started with.

 

Nice. I do like the fender flares, but the nose is...ehh dunno. Kinda like the one on there now. I do really like the headlights and the little body kit, as well as the 3.9 V6. That should be the only Malibu that gets the 3.9 option.

I think I might like the stock grill better. The stock just needs to be offered in body color.

I've said it a million times, smoked head lamps would be such an improvment

Not exactly something I'd be in the market for, but I think it looks good.

 

I like it alot better than the crap malibu that is out right now. Its got a WRX feel to it. Not that I'd ever buy it though, but it does look better.

 

I agree , it does look VERY opel like . Take care of a coupe things and it would be a winner imo . Those being the larger than life bowtie on the front , I mean does it really need to be thaaaat big . And the 2nd being , the rear bumper cover . Tuck it in towards the bottom and bring the tailpipes flush . These are the small little stupid details that GM designs ( with a couple exceptions ...G6 , cobalt) keep getting plauged with . JMO

 

My only real complaint is the rear bumper and the exhaust tips which are too large, unless of course they are equiped with afterburners.

 

I'd say there is a whole lot of Mazda 3 in the front...

Like I said on GMI...that front fascia is almost a direct steal from Audi. It looks good though!
