The Blue Devil and upcoming CTS-V will both be powered by a roots supercharged (likely twin screw) 6.2 Gen IV V8. The CTS-V's engine code is LSA. There is a truck version in the works as well.

The article is a misquote since we know the displacement won't be near 7.0L and we know that Lutz knows what is going on w/ development. Given that we didn't see the actual quote I will go all in and say that the article has a misquote.
