I just read the Lutz interview and didn't know the ratings were that good, although I have been telling people for some time that GM does make reliable vehicles. Its good to see that at least they know where their problem areas are its a good start. Things are looking up for my favorite car company. I can't count how many people have tried to tell me GM cars are no good, it usually sparks a long debate which has occasionally resulted in some people actually listening to me and buying GM. And they are very pleased with their new car. Some others have not listened and purchased the other brand and one such individual has sworn to never buy that brand (Ford truck) again, this person has had the truck in the shop more times than one should expect from a new vehicle. I'll continue to work him into a GM truck, I can be relentless when it comes to something I truelly believe in. This is only 1 guy I'm sure plenty of you love your Ford or Dodge trucks. Me I'm waiting for the Reg. cab Silverado SS that I hope will be produced very shortly. I do think they are headed in the right direction, as I've seen the interior on the production SS and its really nice IMO.
