Lexus 250h, ugliest car of 2010
It is indeed hideous, especially from the rear IMAO. Lexus has finally hatched their own Cimarron.
I am glad to see though, it does have a HUD ( http://www.autoblog.com/photos/first.../2016963/full/ ). It's goofy and looks clunky... but I'm glad to see it b/c it will put more pressure on GM to keep putting out vehicles with the HUD.
Ford's working on a HUD too, apparently...

Oddly, Park is a button next to the shifter – if you don't use the button, the car will remain in neutral when you get out. As the gentleman from Lexus University explained, "If you don't press the button, the car's going to leave."
As to its ugliness, well, it just seems like the typical Toyota blandness, with an extra helping of what Toyota thinks comprises visual excitement. I wouldn't call it attractive, but I don't think it deserves to be called the ugliest car of 2010 either. And as has been well documented, people will buy Toyotas in spite of what they look like, so it likely won't make much of a difference.

'Yota isn't known for their style so while this car looks like a toaster I don't think they have the ability to do much better.
I'm gonna go out on a limb here as the only dissenter so far.
I like it, but I seriously doubt I would buy one. On my list of potential car purchases, It's at about #52.
I think it is built with one purpose in mind; luxury hybrid. It's for the Prius drivers out there who want a more luxurious and refined vehicle, simple as that.
But it does look like Toyota took a Prius and put Lexus cladding on it.

Personally? I don't think its terrible...at all, actually. Without a doubt the Fusion hybrid is more attractive, but I can't say I'd prefer a Prius to it.
With that said, I'd never even remotely consider buying one. People who drive cars like that mean there's more gas available for WOT power shifts for people like me
