Oh man.....you missed out!
Two weeks ago GM let us know all the possible future specs for the new Camaro and had us vote on them. In fact Bob Lutz met with each one of us, individually, to get our input....and he promised us all free '07 Z/28s for our trouble.

Yeah man it was great! Bob liked my input so much I'm actually getting two 5th gens! A convertible and a hardtop Z28! 
But really from some of the info we have picked up lately there is almost no doubt we will see a Camaro in 2006 or 2007. I actually had a GM person at the Dallas Auto Show straight up tell me it was coming back. Check out my post about it.
