Dug this text up from a link on BON. There are some Camaro comments towards the bottom too.

What I find interesting here, is the indication that Ford may not consider the Camaro as dead as we think.
The comment on the base V8 GT, having the same performance as an LS1 Camaro is an indication the Mustang has no intention of softening during the hiatus.

When compared to the rest of GM's upcomming cars, there is just too much unusual secrecy surrounding that car. In fact, they actually have a internal memo forbiding anyone to mention Camaro or it's future under threat of criminal prosecution let alone termination .
