mazda 3 is on a Mazda 3 platform. In Europe, the Focus gets the platfrom, so does the Volvo S40, but here in america I belive it was too much $$$ or something. Someone posted it up around here.

Yeah I rememeber something about the new Focus. I don't know if I saw it here or not though. The new for N. America Focus is delayed a year or two I believe, while other markets get, or already have the new car... go figure.

you know Ford would make a killing if they brought the rally focus over here..but they dont......and it wont compete with the stang..totally diffrent markets..I think it would draw in more SRT-4 and WRX owners than stang guys..

am I wrong??

No, infact there's quite a few people screaming for the turbo'd AWD Focus. However, let it be noted that we might be getting something substantially better in two years...
