If the next GTO doesn't come out until 2010.......
...and they extend production of the current car a few more years does anyone in the know think there might be a chance that they update the front with the Woodward GTO front?
The current interior is awesome, if they added that front that would hold a lot of people over until the all new 2009/10 (or what ever year)

I expect that the reason GTO has such a hazy future is that it will be a COMPLETELY different car, meaning a different platform, design, etc etc.
I just hope GM doesnt bork it up.

If the GTOs came like that straight from Pontiac, there would be far less bitching about the car being too plain looking. That Woodward GTO is a cool concept though. If my memory serves me, it is packing a 402 CID LS2 making 575hp, all out of the GM parts bin. Not bad.
