If this doesn't make you hot, check your pulse...
In 1995 and 1996, in the BPR Global GT series, a team raced an F40 that they designated "GTE". It wasn't a factory Ferrari race car.
Just looked at the pic that the OP is talking about. Forgetting the BMW for a minute, which looks pretty good except for the exaggerated front end, I think the GT-R actually looks pretty sharp in white.
Way better than the silver car I'm so accustomed to seeing (and that I saw at the Indy auto show, to my surprise).

So the original poster has an ultra rare racing edition of a 1996 Ferrari F40 and he's a 21 year old student (according to his profile).
Not to mention he registered 5 years ago with the name FerrMaro - at 16 years old... so unless the "Ferr" means he wanted a Ferrari rather than had a Ferrari then this guy is either claiming his parents' car, or is the luckiest 16 year old ever.
I think we need some pics or an explanation.
By the way - I don't hate the BMW posted but I don't love it either. I'd sure as **** take it for an even trade for my 335i, though... overdone body kit or not.

Maybe he has a model of the F40
Eh, 96 wasnt that the F50?
F40 = 40 years of Ferrari
F50 = 50 years of Ferrari?
Anyway, no pulse problems here. Glad to see Ericcson got away from cell phones and went to cars I guess? Cool GTR right there in the one picture.

I have it on there because there was a thread in which everyone thought it would be funny to put crazy supercars in their sigs...It was a looong time ago though, and I just never took it off (wishful thinking I guess)Soooo, back on topic. In regards to the Bangle design post: I almost jumped off a cliff when I saw the first new 7 series too. I was devastated by the direction Chris was taking BMW.But I have to admit that after reading some articles on Mr. Bangle's theories of auto design, my ideas of what looks good have changed a bit. And I think that we can all admit that this new E92 is a quantum leap in the right direction as far as "Bangle design" goes. Don't get it twisted, I love the old school looks of yore (an '02 M5 is one of my dream cars), but has anyone seen an new 5 series with the M sport package????
