I will most definately read your book. In the mean time, I recommend a padded monitor.

Yes, I have faith. And I'm not in a hurry, either, so you guys take your time and make it right.

Oh, and about that Torana... Nice stuff under the hood etc., but the styling does nothing for me...

GEEEEEEZ!
i would say (being an ex-photoshopper) that people do that because it is the likely the closest thing to base a Camaro concept on. if, (just if), then using the wheelbase and what not from this car then it could give us a glimpse of future camaro, that and if people like how the design is they may want to see if they like it. that said, i may do a concept based off of this car. But I do think it needs waymore than just chopping out the back doors and putting a chevy bar and bow tie on. so who knows stay tuned.

Will there be an option on the Camaro that will give us an autographed copy of your book Mr.Planet?
Now that would be awesome.

No...it is not a Camaro!

(Camaro with 4-doors? I'd do more than smash my head into the monitor!)
I think the Torana is a great looking car. It's just the right size, and the 3.6l TTV6 sounds great!

It'd make a great Pontiac or Saturn. Should we have faith about that too?

the Torana may be the basis for the "mystery car" that Pontiac has up it's sleeves for 07-08. You may see a new Pontiac concept based on the Torana introduced at the 05 Detroit and NYC auto shows.

To say it isn't a Camaro would be the same as saying the upcoming Buick Zeta sedan is not a Camaro....

In terms of design and market target the Torana has nothing to do with the upcoming Camaro. But if the Zeta coupe gets a new name and the Camaro is made on a different platform...the Torana's architecture could very well be the basis of a Camaro coupe..

I suspect that the day GM gave a public statement about a future Camaro, the situation would get 20 times worse!
