It's a shame you guys don't get the Vectra. It's off the same platform and, although Saab is supposed to get the premium gear, the Vectra's a significantly better car. I drove them both in California in august 02 and you wouldn't go near the swede once you've driven the german.

I wouldnt be surprised to see Saturns sold along side Buicks to help Buick dealers attract younger buyers to their showrooms in the near future (2006/07). GM wants to rapidly expand its Saturn dealership and the fastest and cheapest way would to merge it with an existing GM brand and Buick in my opinion seems like the most likely candidate.

So GM could sell Saturns alongside Buicks between 2007-2009 and around 2010/11 they would merge the two brands under the single OPEL name.

Saturn are not REAL Saturns if they do not have polymer body panels (and GM knows this) so when GM finally kills polymers for good on Saturns they might as well be called Opels.

Nope- I wish GM/OPEL were paying me for my "propaganda" since I could most likely do a better selling the idea then they could.

Its all just fun automotive conjecture from a car-junkie
