How much "MB" is in the Chrysler Crossfire?

I ask this because I saw one for the first time over the weekend at the local dealership. I know it is based upon a Mercedes (SLK?), but how much does it really share with it? Is the engine a Chrysler engine? The entire car looked very nice to me, especially the interior, but the sales-lady told me that the only thing "Chrysler" about the car was the badges.

The engine is MB, I'd say 66-75% is MB
