Yeah, I just rented one over the weekend...the window sticker was still in the glovebox. $38,400 or so for a base model...didn't even have foglights.

A Pathfinder? The new one is pretty cheap..

That Pathfinder Armada is about that expensive, but it competes more with the Tahoe, which can stickers for a well north of $40K with normal options.

I know GM has rabates, but I would rather just have a lower price and not have to worry about it.

I meant the Armada. I agree, the Pathfinder is a decent deal...but the Armada I rented did NOT seem like any huge deal, at least to me...

Right now the Equinox has a $1000 rebate, so the price is 27K, for one that is fully loaded with leather, heated seats, AWD, XM radio, sun roof, etc.

Still, that Nissian Pathfinder is a really good deal though, but you don't get heated leather seats, XM satellite radio, or a sunroof for $27K

Also, as long as GM keeps throwing business the bank's way and nobody defaults on their loans, I don't see the banks doing away with the rebate orgy.
