"Lucerne" is Safeway's dairy brand.
Milk is the first thing that comes to mind for me when I hear "Lucerne".

I think the car looks pretty promising from what I can see and especially if it does have the V8 and 6sp auto. I also like either of the names for this car. When I hear Lucerne, I certainly don't think about a milk brand and La Crosse is the same way.

Looks good from what I can tell.
Too bad it is FWD
Hopfully there will be optional AWD, this would be a good car to go head to head with the new 300HP AWD Acrua RL.
