H3 Hummer Pics!
Re: H3 Hummer Pics!
Looks good
Interior looks real nice. I hope some of this H3 stuff bleads over to the Colorado (rear discs & dash board)
Its also one of the only SUVs that offers both and Automatic and Manual

I like it!! It should pick up the H2's slack. A couple of year ago, i would have balked at this (as i did the suburban based H2), but i've come to accept them as nice additions to Hummers lineup.

It isn't just the rear discs, by the way. According to the H3 spec sheet available at Autoweek.com, the front rotors are 12.4 inches, which is larger than the fronts on the Colorado/Canyon, I believe. Of course, the H3 is quite a bit heavier than the pickup versions. Also, the H3 is at a higher price point than the pickups, so they probably have more room in the budget to dress up the interior a bit and add the bigger brakes.
I've briefly driven an H3 manual, and it was pretty cool. I really liked the shifter, and overall I'd take one over the H2 in a second. In terms of power, it is no barn-stormer, but it is adequate (just like the 325 hp in the too-fat H2 is adequate for its size/weight) for the vehicle. And the overall driving experience is very nice.
