H2 and H3 Alpha

So as many have been saying, the H3 does get a much needed V8 (5.3) and the H2 gets the 6.2 6sp combo and updated interior.

Nice to see 5.3L in the H3. That should have been its engine option from day one.

What would be very good, too, is a diesel engine with 350-450 lbs-ft of torque.

Good stuff...I assume this stuff was supposed to stay silent till next week...oh well.
Good additions to both trucks. H2 should really move now, as will the H3.

So does this mean the Colorado & Canyon will get a V-8?

If they do, I hope they don't grow in size and become the bastardization of a small/mid truck that is Dodge Dakota.

Well we now know that the V8 can fit just fine in a H3 which is basically a regular cab colorado.

I'd be all over a V8 H3.

Wow they both look great. Nice interiors. H2 has a lot of GMT900 parts on the inside. I like that the H2 is getting a 6.2L and 6 speed auto. It is about time the H3 got a V8.

Hopefully that V8 will be in the Colorado for 2008 also. 5.3L H3T could be my next truck in a few years.
