GM's stockholder meeting

GM's stockholder meeting
FYI: June 7th, Rick Wagoneer and the rest of GM's upper management will be facing GM's stockholders at GM's stockholder meeting at Wilmington Deleware (home of the new kappa cars.... and soon, one other vehicle architecture ).
This meeting will in all likelyhood will have more details as to what exactly GM plans tro do to get itself back on track. It will also inevitably have some type of announcement regarding future vehicles. Not necessarily specific models (though it's possible), but more likely what GM plans to replace "Zeta" with, possibly some type of timeline.
Stockholder meetings tend to roast management when things are going bad, and getting worse (see Daimler-Chrysler's recent grilling of their CEO). I suspect GM has spent the past couple of months (since things went publically bad) coming up with a strategy.
It's going to be vital that GM energizes their stockholders, and gains more. One leading broker has already downgraded GM to "junk" status, and everyone else is only a twich away. Junk ststus means that alot of funds and pensions will have to divest out of GM, sending their stocks lower.
I suspect this stockholder meeting will be the most intresting, and facinating stockholder meeting in memory.

I think we have heard enough.
Anyone know if the stockholder's meeting will be broadcast on the net like some quarterly expectations are?

You guys are close. I won't spoil the fun I can't wait to hear what Kurt has to say about this. Kurt & Mr. Lutz together in the same room? Mr. Lutz was around when Kurt tried to take-over Chrysler in the 90's.
Some interesting news headlines to be had there.
