The site isn't calling them rebates, but if those 'bonus cash' or 'gmac bonus' terms are rebates, thats pretty good. Hell, just getting a car at invoice and 0%, especially for 72 months, is amazing.

It would be funny if Ford did NOT follow suit

Ford really doesnt have to. GM is hte one that is losing market share like crazy. Besides, the Ford 500 and new Mustang are bringing enough into their showrooms.

Its so tempting to go look at how much it'd cost to get into a 2004 TrailBlazer.

guion,

On the contrary, finance through GMAC and a GTO has a $3,500 rebate and 2.9 for 60 months...hardly a shabby deal. I don't know why that 5.9% number is floating around. Got one in stock if you wanna make the trip from CA J/K...

Ya, I heard that too, though the rebate increase for 04 GTO's is more oriented toward the northern regions.... probably because of winter coming in, and wanting to sell off the 04's for the 05s.

The new rebates for 04 GTO is suppposed to kick in tomorrow (Friday)

Have them sell you the car at invoice (better then most rebates) plus the 0% for six years.

This is only on '04s, which there are not a lot left of. This is just to help dealers move the 04's out.

I know what "invoice" is supposed to mean. But where does this number come from if it isn't "Dealer Price"?
