I too voted for Raven's design....though the top 3 are all worthy of the Camaro nameplate. Great job, everyone that participated!

it's not exactly a scientific contest.. last time I checked the contest, the results were exactly proportional to the way the cars were listed, i.e. the top listing was in first place, the 2nd listing was #2, the last listing was dead last in rank. gotta be a better way to do future contests.

 

This entire contest looks like a big joke! Only a couple of the designs are worth any merit. The rest look like photochopped crap and bad drawings. The photoshoped stuff lacks any content of true design. They may be diffucult to make but very few amateur photochopers are any good. Some of them even look like direct plagerism. And why does one have a picture of a mustang on it. It only pionts out the lack of detail and design in his concept. Two or three are decent, one which wasn't even picked. And the judges reasons for picking. These are even a bigger joke. "His design was Retro but not too retro, muscular ,but no too muscular, and all in a familiar package" tahoe. Yea that familier package is that it is bland. Retro is a fad that won't last long. If you are going to do a retro design it must be retro to the fullest. "Another point of the design that grabs me is the front clip of the bottom car is fresh and clean in design. It is a look that is new...yet unmistakably Camaro" branden. ITs not new! Its a retro version of the early rs camaros and looks very friendly and non agressive. I could not possibly think that anyone in GM would really let any of these designs influence anything. If anything they will probably laugh at them or loose them in the trash. just my 2cents i guess

Had to waste your first post on that huh? sure alot didnt look all so good...but that was the fun of it. Anyway don't flmae people for trying to keep the Camaro going.

I only have one thing to say to people who like to come on the forums and bash people and their designs.......

1 - Where's YOUR design?

2 - People who can THINK and SPEAK know how to give good constructive critiques and maybe, just maybe have a couple usable suggestions.

This whole contest is only for FUN!!! That's what it's supposed to be period.

Thanks to all who have had positive feedback whether they agree or disagree on any of the designs whether they made the final 5 or not.
