General Motors, Ford Sales Decline in February

"GM, the world's largest automaker, posted a 12.7 percent decline after a slight 1 percent increase in January. "

"Once again, the best reports came from Asian companies. Toyota Motor Corp., Japan's top automaker, said its U.S. arm's sales rose 11 percent from a year ago"

Re: General Motors, Ford Sales Decline in February

Is this sales compared to the previous month, or to the same month during the previous year?

There are a few bright spots, but...well...read it yourself and post your own opinions...

Re: General Motors, Ford Sales Decline in February

the trend continues then... i don't get it tho. it seems that OLD models are STILL picking up sales vs last year and are outselling the NEW models which all seem to be declining in sales this year.

EDIT: I guess waiting for GM's sales volume to pick up is like waiting for a receiding hairline to reverse course and move to where it was at 18. I've made my peace with both and just don't care anymore.
