That would be cool and unique, and hearkened back to the mid-60's cars when they were still cool, but you're probably right, it'd take all new sheetmetal forward of the a-pillar/door I would guess.

I just don't like that it ended up looking so much like the outgoing Grand Prix from the front or rear...and that car isn't exactly the epitome of attractive design.

The Solstice is the only unique car I've seen in recent memory from Pontiac, apparently it will remain as such...

 

I see what you mean about the aztec, but its not that bad, the aztec was a catalogue of disasters start to finish.

I really think the whole, "Im sorta feminine sorta aggressive, cat eyed kidney grilled" look is just DEAD. It should be gone and forgotten.

Since the 80's we have seen every possible iteration of it and most of it was bad, its been nipped and tucked more than Micheal Jackson and Joan Rivers combined and it should be thrown out for some thing wholly different.

 

Choice of 3.6 V6 or the L98, on sale in August.

The high res pics make me like Commodore front clip over the G8, it seems too busy. I do like the rear lip spoiler however.

Looks really good but now that I've seen the full pics I'm not sure I like it better than the Commodore...

 

I hope they put a different grille on it when they assemble it in Oshawa in a few years, but it looks good, and will probably be a killer seller since it has a V6...I didn't see that coming at all.

 

i don't understand some people... this thing front end looks absolutely nothing like the Aztek...

while i'm not blown away.. it is an attractive car for sure
