Ford Ecosport SUV concept

Next Ford EcoSport now playing at New Delhi Auto Expo [UPDATE]

Based on the Fiesta platform. It looks pretty nice, I like it.

it would look really good if it weren't for the front grille making it look like an angry/hungry robot.

I guess it looks about as good as an SUV on a subcompact platform can look.

Tall + short wheelbase = geeky.

Why must auto designers put a "face" on everything these days? Why can't they build a car that looks like a car, instead of a cartoon?

Thats what I thought, Tranformers IV - its the all new Barricade and he's pissed off he aint a Mustang.

FYI the best selling SUV in the USA is the Ford Escape. Theta SUVs combined sell just as well so there is a lot of demand for smaller SUVs.

This Ford would be about the size of the new Mini Cooper SUV.
