i have been thinking about this for some time, and sort of think that new car designs may apply to this.... it may sound a little whacky but for me it makes sense.....

when you hear a new song.... if its a very good one.... you dont initially like it and think its an instant hit, but when you hear it again the next day and remember the tune its sounds a bit better, and eventually you get to Love it (thats assuming its a good song to begin with....)

Now think about a song thats already been a huge hit in the past, and suddenly someone re-makes that song, because people already know it, initial reactions are great, but it gets boring much faster than a new song which slowly grows on you...

sounds like a whacky theory ??? but who knows .... might apply.

I find it kind of odd that both the GTO and C6 are expected to be revamped only after a few years of its present form. Is this partly Ron Zurella's fault? And does this have any implication that the GTO will be in the same league as the 'Vette?
