Mini-Run with 05 Mustang GT
I took a buddy of mine for a ride in my car today, and we happened to go by the Rouge when we came upon an 05 Mustang GT. It had all the goofy camo paint, but was pretty loosely disguised, and to my surprise had a full production interior.

The dude drivin it was layin out on the gears for sound effect, and when he saw us looking at it he took off full throttle as traffic cleared. I was right behind him floorin it from roughyl 40-80. I started off a bit later but was pulling from behind just a tiny bit. It sounded real good and was quite a bit louder than I expected/

This is great news. Reason being that I let my buddy test his 03 Mustang GT's pull next to the Type R and it was nowhere near a contest from a roll. The new Mustang was definitely WAY faster than the current GT.

The driver laughed and smiled as we gave a thumbs up and parted ways. And this is why I love Detroit.


btw, my car is a 04 S-Type R. Not so fast from a dig, but you really can't mess with 399lb/ft of blown sedan from a roll....
