Crossfire pricing...
S'funny. The show car got me VERY interested, but the minute I saw the production version (specifically what they did to the headlights, and the smaller grille), I got much less interested.
Now, with only 215 hp . . . maybe a good used car when prices drop.

What?!?! Wasn't this car rumored to be starting in the mid $20's?? Forget that!! Who wants to pay $35k for a 215hp Chysyler product. I'd rather have a new Cobra for that kind of money. This car surely isn't geared towards enthusiasts...

That isn't too bad, but its is still not good enough for $35,000. For that price it should at least hang with the SRT-4.
Hemi might be overkill, I think it would do great with just the S/C V6 that the concept had. Maybe we will see that, they have a S/C version of this engine in one of the AMG Mercedes, 349HP I think.
The Prowler didn't have a chassis. It was a full-frame car made from hand-welded aluminum with the body bolted (and Kevlar strapped!) to the frame. They probably threw away boxcars of money with each one they sold.
No, it ain't fast, but it's not pathetic either, and you absolutely cannot beat the head-turning factor. When I had my Viper, I would drive next to my wife in the Prowler, and nobody would notice the Viper.
The Crossfire seems more like a wierd crossbreed of Mercedes and Chrysler that I'm afraid nobody will buy.
