If this car were "just" hand drawn like every other retro-mobile out there, I doubt it would never even get a second glance by most people.... I've seen many better looking retro designs than that, IMO, and everyone knows I am not a retro fan at all.

The software is amazing.... not so much the car design.

Thumbs up

I've never seen it before...maybe because I don't frequent this forum much. BUT...I think it looks awesome! Aggressive as hell and like mentioned it involves styling ques from previous generations, most prominent being the 1st gen front end.

concept car

Concept car looks great but dont trust GM to get it right.
Just look at the new GTO. They had a perfect Concept car and even built it and showed it. I saw it in 99 at a show. I thought this is amazing I am going to buy one the second they come out.
If you look at what GM did to I don't know how they could have F****d it up any more. Looks like a toyota celica.
It may be a rocket but they have disgraced the name of GTO. And I wouldnt buy one if they gave it to me for a dollar.
I hope they dont do the same for the 5th gen camaro. I think they need to Fire every engineer that works at GM that is less than 35 years old so they can get rid of these idiot engineers that think Ricers look cool and want to make all of our american cars look like them.

I like it, I like the whole retro thing going on, and the change from swoopy flowing lines back to hard edged lines and boxier bodies.

I agree with Darth on this one.

If that car had been just hand drawn, people wouldn't think it was very good.
I think the software makes it look better than it really is.

I personally think it's butt-ugly. The nose & tail are horrible. The tail light panel looks like something off of a mid-70s Japanese car. Piece of flat sheetmetal tacked in with trailer lights.

In the rear view, the upper line of the rear quarters is wrong. It rises too fast and too early and then just falls off to the rear light panel.

The software has hidden the faults of this design.

I would like to see some of the drawn concepts in this format.

And this won't become the new Camaro because it wasn't done by GM.
