They both have 7 spoked wheels.

IMHO, it looks like a front engine mounted Cien...everything else looks pretty similar...I agree with the rest of your post though, it looks like it could be a V12 production car maybe.

I don't understand why you guys think it has anything to do with the Cien. To me, it just looks like some other new Cadillac that looks too much like the other Cadillacs currently made. Perhaps it was even a concept for the CTS before it was produced? There's no way it is a Cien in any way, where would the V-12 fit?

The Solstice coupe idea sounds more reasonable than that.

sir, you must be blind and hungry, because you're obviously setting yourself up to eat your own words.

looks nothing like this...

XLR hartop... or maybee a race version of the XLR??? Caddy getting back into racing?

...could it be the car people been begging GM to make for Caddy..a supercar? Take the C6 Z06 add the styling cues of the Cien on the C6 and voila instant Caddy supercar..or the blue devil caddy version, so GM can justify the cost of building a 600HP luxury car AND a C6 ultimate vette...

...definitely not solstice coupe. So we've ruled out Cien and Solstice, it must just be something new altogether. Could it be a Caddy version of the cobalt? I don't even remember what the Cobalt looks like so don't flame me.

I thought so..it looks alot like caddy..has the look of XLR..so it could be vette based..but also the C panel loks very Cien looking and im sure it would be based off a Z06 hardtop so the top would look like that..

just gott figure...it has to be caddy...

what platform would they put it on?

what justification for it..Z06 blue devil production sister car.

limited production run. makes it exclusive. as well as the Blue Devil Z06

the cien styling cues would be fitting as a test for the new car this thing could be since cien got a good response..only logical to put those on a new version for possible production with a platform they already have...the C6 platform..and the body lines of the XLR ..

Didn't GM make another car with those buttresses/sails like that in the 80s due in part to drivetrain configuration?
