Classic concept cars -- for those of you in the Detroit area...
-- appearing in GM World thru approx. May 26th.
>Astro 1
>1959 Cadillac Cyclone
>1961 Mako Shark (what the 1963 Corvette was based on)
>1962 Monza GT (looks NOTHING like a Corvair)
>1963 Monza SS (see above)
>1965 Manta Ray (what the '68 Corvette was based on)
plus a whole host of new GM products.
These classic concept cars haven't, for the most part, been seen by the public for ages..........they have classic styling -- timeless, some would say.
GM World is in the lower level of the GM Renaissance Center --
Hours are 9 to 9 weekdays -- 9 to 5 on weekends.

Re: Classic concept cars -- for those of you in the Detroit area...
Just a question a little off subject.
Does GM still have the ability to use the Monza name?
Would be a good name to use if Chevy ever gets a Kappa sports car/coupe.
