Ummm ok, so you dont see any retro in the lx cars????????

 

I'll leave it at: I STRONGLY believe it's going to be a good show this year from all 3 manufacturers.

For all I know, it make take till 2015 to get them on the streets (just sarcasm, don't take seriously), but THIS is a show you probally don't want to miss.

 

Hmm, Dodge will have the Challenger, if Chevy doesn't show the pre-production Camaro it seems they will have a big RWD sedan (or both? ), but what does Ford have coming? Just another Mustang variant or something completely different.

 

I saw my first Charger this weekend as the pace car at the nascar race. I loved it, but everyone sitting around me had no clue what it was. Even though there were dodge signs all over the place and dodge trucks all around the track. When I told the guy sitting next to me that it was a charger he said, they should have something cool like one of those trucks as the pace car.

 

Not like that picture, even though I really like it. Do you see a reto 300C, Charger, or Magnum like what Ford did to the Mustang. That is reto in my book, taking cues from the past is another, like the big grill on the 300 or the kind of looking '66 sytle of the new Charger.

 

If you really evaluate the new mustang, its just the same thing.....cues from the past done in a modern way. Put it next to a 60's fast back and you can see the heritage but its done in a new style. Thats retro, but so is the styling on the Pt cruiser, 300 and the charger to an extent.

 

Saw my first charger on the streets yesterday....yummie is all I can say.... =P Not as bling bling as our black 300c, but defnitely yummie and not your typical wimpalla or camry.

 

I was behind a Charger on the way in to work Friday morning. NICE. That thing had such a perfect sound to it. It really is much better looking in person too. Some little things here and there on it I may not care for, but anyone can find anything they don't like on just about any car. I think next year when I hop into the mix for a new daily driver, the Charger may be the one.

These FWD platforms with 300hp V8's the General keeps pushing are really pissing me off. The CTS v would be nice, but screw that kind of $ when the likes of the Charger are out there. I'd love to stick with the family on this purchase, but come on man!
