CAR AND DRIVER says that we will havbe a 300C Coupe and Convert. by model year 2006. They have a pic of the two. They also mention the Charger saying that it will come in coupe form as well. If this is true why do you think DCX has a sudden change of heart on producing 2 door muscle. My theory is that they are selling a but laod of 300c/magnums and they can afford to take a risk on that platform.

It has been rumored that the comment from the DC exect that said that "coupes don't sell", was said to see what kind of response that got from the Chysler crowd, to everone else.

 

What do you guys think the curb weight would be of a 300C coupe? Im guessing around 3800lbs. I took the 300c for a spin when I was shopping around for my GTO. I loved the car but just couldnt buy a huge 4 door sedan at the age of 25 and no kids. But I could buy a 300C SRT-8 Coupe.

 

300C coupe/convertible would make a nice upgrade path for Crossfire/Sebring drivers.

 

There is also a 300 Wagon that is headed for Europe. It may also see light here but i am rather skeptical about that as we have the magnum

 

Will the 300C Coupe get a manual trans option? The 300C SRT-8 with the 6.1L Hemi would be sweet with a Viperized T-56 behind it. Posts like this one and many others in different threads on this site would have seemed like a dream 5-10 years ago.
