Cadillac Cien

I saw the cadillac cien at the toronto auto show yesterday, it was the first time i saw it in person. That is one gorgeous car, best looking concept i've seen in years. I never really thought much of it in photos, but in person... WOW.

I also saw the pontiac solstice for the first time, other than photos. Again, I was very impressed. The one I saw was the silver roadster model. It was also gorgeous, it has very muscular lines.

Two thumbs up GM!

I had the same reactions when I saw both at LA for the 1st time. Did you guys get the Belair & the 3 Buick concepts?

I didn't notice any buick concepts. When I entered the gm section, i was so keen to see the cien and the solstice, that i breezed right by buick. I had a quick look around, but i didn't notice any concepts.

I was on the lookout for the bel air. I've been to toronto two years in a row, and detroit this year, and at all of these shows, i was hoping to get a look at the bel air, but unfortunately, it hasn't been at any of these shows.

Another car that i saw that i think will have an impact is the toyota echo hatchback. This car looks like it was made specifically for the younger crowd, and it was attracting quite a crowd. I gotta say, I thought it was a pretty nice looking car. Toyota looks like they are trying to get a share of the import enthusiast market.
I saw their scion brand vehicles at detroit, and they all looked awful, i think the echo has a better shot.

The red Mustang convertible concept was at the show for the first 3 days. Its space is now occupied by the pink Bond Thunderbird.

How do you mean the Solistice is weak? The concept has a better power to weight ratio the a 350 IROC

But I kinda doubt it will be superchared in production form--but I hope it will be.
