Thing looks bad ***.Cant wait to see it in its glory. btw does anyone know why it is having trouble keeping up with the C5R? I heard about that watching a race a few weeks ago.

what kind of engine is the C6R gonna have? considering the C5R brought us an Iron Block displacing 427 cubic inches. what will the C6R have?

The C5R engine is based on a $6000 aluminium engine block, not cast iron.

It will most likely be based off the same engine, but thats about it, based off the engine. The C5R used different heads, intake, and engine block than its production based car. GM had to build 12 C5R street cars to get it homologated, all were 427's with the C5R bodywork, registered as street cars.

I saw a picture of one once. It was silver with no graphics or anything of course. I don't remember where that picture was but I would be interested to find out more about those cars.

beautiful...the other teams have already learned to fear "powered by chevrolet", but now this car would make them too scared to even compete!
