They will sell them and that cant be a abd thing for GM. I have met a lot of Vette owners and some of them are very car ignorant.

I don't see anything all that bad with a stripe and interior appointments that celebrate a successful racing season in ALMS.

Putting stripes on a 430 hp or 505 hp car isn't exactly "rice".

A 'vette is pretty sporty all on it's own.

It isn't my cup of tea, but it it moves some to buy a C6, I have no issue with it.

As the owner of a "sticker package special edition" with my 30th, I don't see there being a big issue with it. Sure, its always better if an SE package has more teeth...but if this helps GM sell more Corvettes? I don't see the issue. I bought my 30th specifically so I had something that didn't look like every other Camaro. Did it mean I bought one, versus not? No...but it added to the enjoyment of the purchase IMO...

There's tasteful, and then there's just fugly. That and the other "package" is just plain fugly.

Oddly enough, I don't mind these sorts of things in certain applications.

Anniversary editions, Grand Sport Corvettes, Collector Edition Corvettes... I also really like the rally stripes on the 2010 Camaro.

The part to bugs me is that you are slapping these sticker packages on a $50k+ Corvette... and they are CHESSEY LOOKING... well, at least to me. And it seem sthey are reaching for reasons to do it, AND they are starting to do it ever year, and now we've got TWO packages this year.

We had the Will Cooksey 427 Corvette with a stripe, the Ron Fellows Z06, a few pace cars now with the C6... I mean, when you do SO MANY 'special edition' Corvettes, they kinda start to be not so 'special', IMO.

I can see where you're coming from, but with the 30th anniversary Camaros, it was a bit different. As an anniversary package, it's a bit more understandable to have that sticker package.

Ford isn't hated the way GM is! The way I see it they're trying to appeal to a larger customer base, to sell more Vettes. Kinda looks like a skull with the Corvette logo in it, It looks alright to me. Not what I'm into, but to each his/her own!

I think it looks pretty good. The BB Vette racing emblem is cool. It's good to have skulls on a production car.

Comes with the ZR1 spoiler, and the Z51 package. I think it's not bad at all.
