The first one on that list is pretty sharp for a chop. It looks a bit dated, though it works alright. I think the 99 concept was really cool, but the front end never did anything for me. The lines are very nice and it just "works." The concept that I came up with was meant to stay within the realm of the LX platform, so I was limited. There might be a redesign in a future PHR, but it will most likely be done "my way" and not with production in mind. We'll see though.

With the current designs out from DCX, I have faith that we'll be happy with their Charger. I just checked out the new 300 yesterday and was pretty impressed by it (love those high beltlines!)

Is it just me, or do these 2 look very similar?

FWIW, I like the second one bcuz it looks like something that would end up at the dealer. Also, it looks very much like the NASCAR Intrepid, that the Charger is replacing.

I prefer the original 1999 Charger Concept.

Now that you mention it...

But maybe Kris saw the Concept drawing and incorporated that into his concept

I have no idea, what do you think Kris?

That's funny. I had actually never seen that one before. The only concept that I had seen in the past was the '99 concept. I then looked to the 300C and Magnum for cues and went from there. I bet that concept is pretty close though, reminds me of the new NASCAR Dodges. Looks like someone chopped the headlights onto someone else's drawing though. Or is it just me?

Kris Horton's concept scream stratus wrather then Charger The rear isnt bad but the front needs to go. I liek the first concept pick followed by the 99 concept. The front should be as inovative and unique as the first charger was, none of this stratus design with a chargeresk rear. All i can say is that knowing chrystler, the hemi ram is prob going to be faster. I am not a chrystler man, since most of there products crap out at 50k. Almost as bad as ford. I dont know how well these cars will be quality wise if they are supposed to retail between 22-38k dollars. I would imagein the 38k is what we all want, 6.1 hemi and stick..right? And the 22 is gunna be the v6 charger with nice plastic rims

I'd go with Kris Horton, it has a feel of what the new cars are forming into, the 99 version is too sleek and looks like a 2001 vehicle, it's 2004 get over it. The rest of them were just too plain.
