This one looks a lot more legit than the last one that turned out to be a fake.

I can't say for sure, of course, but I just have a feeling that this one might be real.

Very cool.

Nice

Most of the time I don't mind not having an obscene amount of wealth. Then some days I see select items like this that instill a small sense of envy for those with the means.

Wow, that is onehell of a cover on that engine...wtf is all that for?
Those brakes look to be possibly ceramic? 2pc rotors...mmm, very interesting.
Does that say BEHR on the top of that metalic "first base"?
I do NOT see a pulley in front? But there are two big black drums with what looks to be a belt wrapped around them, one on each side of that throttle. Possible inner black drum is the pulley for the blower? I assume the big aluminum top is an intercooler, much like the Northstar's set up with the Intercooler on top?

The blower doesnt fit under the hood. So there's a huge hole in it. Thats what all that is for.

As for the pulley, its probably similar to this setup:

Judging by all the hoses running to that metalic plate on top of the engine, I belive that the intercooler is indeed on top of the motor, and is not a front mount style.

I wonder if they got the shipping address on that vette? There's a place in Germany, and a place in Texas they could be taking to test it.

It uses a charged air cooler built into the intake manifold. Then the cooler in the front is actually a cooler-cooler. It cools the coolant that then cools the air as it enters the intake manifold. It is the same system used on the GT500.

Hmmm. nurburg is only about 2 -2 1/2 hour drive away...anyone with a little "knowledge" confirm when it will be testing...I might have to make a little road trip.
