One time when I had a really bad stomach virus, my vomit was the same color as that Aveo!

May be some confusion here.....

GM isn't going to make vehicles like this, just offer kits for sale. That's what it seems like to me. There may be some dealers that will install some and sit them out in the lots.

I think you might be asking the wrong group of 16-22 year olds. I'd bet some of the "tuner" sites might like them more.

Wow, some more ricey-looking stuff just in time for SEMA, go figure

The Colorado is alright, the others fell off the ugly tree. The Aveo fell off the ugly mountain.

those look VERY nice and if GM is listening, i would definately be in the market for one of those Grand Am Autocrosses. provided of course its decently priced and produces some very nice hp and tq numbers.

Yeah Joe, I know what you mean. But cars are cars. Even if you're not into some particular trend, you might have some appreciation for "other" cars.

But all of these "XTREMES" do nothing for me at all. I'm waaaay over 22 and maybe I'm missing the point... but they all look just awful to me. The Malibu XTREME looks the worst to me. They were able to take a very boring car and make it XTREMELY ugly.

I really wish that Chevy would have used the same treatment on the Malibu, (and the other cars), as Pontiac did with it's "Autocross" concepts.

I'll be 21 tomorrow. None of them did anything for me except to make me a bit nauseated.

And for those that like the pickup: that is not a truck. My old '85 lwb Custom Deluxe with over 200,000 on the old 305( she burns a little oil and #7 plug is prone to fouling out ) is a truck.

Maybe Im just not Xtreme enough?

Well, the interior on the Malibu XTREME was sharp. And the 5.3L GP was slick, too (was that in your list?).

Other than that. No. Not a chance.

after seeing that colorado i really think they should have just stuck with the S10. that was a sweet little truck especially the extreme S10. i dont like that colorado at all.

And think about this.

With the way GM prices its parts, what 16-22 year old could POSSIBLY afford these cars?

The malibu and colorado would be pretty cool privided they had the power to back up the appearance. The others look like they belond on a Kia lot.

i'm 16, and I sure dont like them. I'm not typical though... alot of people around here that are my age do like the ricey body kits and all the other bull jive. If they could produce the cars and kits at a price range that my age group could afford I have no doubt that it wouldn't be a success(not sure how big of one though).
