here is some detailed specs on the car. similar to the specs that the opel was on. but this was awd. anyone know what happen to this chassie. Guion, you said this was know as the STS concept, I assume you mean the STS coming up. is this the chassie that the next STS is going to be on?? I guess I'm just wondering why this chassie which has been around since 2000 wasn't brought up for the next rwd chassie? unless it was mention awhile back as speculation

caddy imaj
I saw the Imaj for the first time this summer in person none the less. I really liked the design. The car also has a glass roof, panoramic type thing. I thought it looked cool and had STYLE, something other car companies should think about.
in this article it talkes about the Imaj being the "global" car for Caddy and GM. Hmmm, wasn;t there an article about 2 weeks ago basicaly stating the same thing??? The need for Caddy to sell in Europe with big v8 cars??

I'll have to search back for the recent article

Imaj was a design preview & nothing more.
Just because a car ends up on an auto show's turntable doesn't mean that exact car is going into production, or even that car's chassis is going into production. Case in point, the Chevy SS concept. The chances of that car or it's chassis going into production is slimmer than onion skin. But the design ideas will show up soon.
Another example of how concepts show ideas, not the actual cars themselves:

Sometimes future production cars do show up (ie: the Dodge Magnum wagon and the new 300), but these aren't traditional concepts.
Imaj is.
