I don't know about you guys...but to me, it seemed more exciting around here when we had a hot issue that we could fiercely debate.
I kind of miss them, some were pretty fun.
Which was your favorite?

 

Z28 vs. SS and the GTO cues. Although I get into pretty much all of them that come along no matter how many times we go through it over and over again, I don't like the arguing and the pissing each other off that goes on when we have them.

I always thought the SS/ Z28 things were f'n retarded. I would be slightly upset if a 5th gen didnt have both, but I would be more upset if they only offered an SS and no Z28.

 

And no Retro vs. Evolution?

I dunno, all those higher model vs. lower model debates always seem lame to me. it's a no-brainer imo...bob has more money than jim. bob buys a vette. jim buys a camaro. both cars have ls1's and run similar times...but who is more pimp?

 

Believe it or not, I like it the way it is. I read this forum for the info - it is the only one of its kind that I read, or even know about, and that's just fine with me. Don't need arguements messing it up.

That is, of course, just MHO.

 

I enjoyed reading the Z28 v. SS debates but they got real old by year 2.

Oh and by enjoyed I really mean they sucked and gave me a headache.

 

The debates are kinda the sideshow that keeps this place going. The info is the reason people come but the debates keep them here! JMO

I love the competition. Lots of well informed and well educated people here. WE are all here for one reason, 5th Gen, but our views are so different and varied that you really get to understand what GM is up against when they decide to bring out a new car!

Everyone has their own agenda, their own perosnal taste and likes or dislikes. Yet we really all want much the same. Very interesting place and like Mr. Cosby (good to hear from you) said I don't kow of another like it on the web.

 

I like the import vs. DOMESTICS. Some of you import people know how much fun I have with you.
