I agree, that was what I was implying. I didn't expect the manual either.

~400HP N/A V8 + RWD is the way to go to keep it affordable to the masses.

Yeah, I don't see how it's fine to put a LS2 into a trailblazer but not a regular cab shortbed silverado. Hell, just an A6 with the vortec max would be a lot faster than the old SS's
