Hey...that's really nice work!

Maybe try a twin round tail light theme for the back.

You're a very good artist. I am trying to learn to draw cars and concepts, but mine are mostly small.

How big is the original drawing, approximately?

And btw, I think that your concept looks great, I would like if next gen would take styling cues from your drawings.

Great drawing. I like the looks of the car... but too retro for me...

Sweet drawing. Just bring the pipes in the back. I like the drag look better. Perfect with a flat hood.

The originals arent very big man . Their on a 8x11 sheet of paper . Actually it would be easier to do it huge , but the details take so much longer to do . I still have a alot of problems with proportion though . It took a few hours to get that close to being right with these drawings . The wheels still look like 30 " wheels though , lol I actually kinda wanted to make my concept Audi'ish as I think Audi's are fuggen awesome looking cars . Maybe GM should hijack their desingers and give them the PT cruiser guy

GM has an Audi guy running the California design studio.

They came up with the Chevy Borrego concept a couple of years ago. Not quite A6 caliber...if you ask me.

Thumbs up

Am I the only one who likes the Rear picture? It looks strikingly similar to the Prelude's, which isn't really a bad thing, IMO.

Nice sketches.

Damn Derek, didnt know you could draw! Im really not too big into full blown retro, but on yours and some of the other concepts we've seen, I really like the 1st gen grille with the hid lights, sets it off distinctly as Camaro.

Maybe add some sort of wing to the rear?

man i wish i coul draw like that......I love the look of them but....the one problem i have with most concepts are the wheels. The wheels can make a bad car look alot better . If you added say 20" rears, and 18" fronts, add about $2k to the cost of whatever a new f-body would cost. I'd like to see the drag car with 15" rims and the street with maybe 18" max. Look at every prototype the manu.'s make. They all have bigger wheels than the finished product and the true look isn't there......just a thought....

looks cool, kind of CTS like in the front

I think the 5th Gen needs to be modern and agresive with retro styling ques (badges, tail lights)

Is it just me, or do all the "concepts" out there look surprizingly similar?

I want to see something that'll shock me! (Although I really did like the "drag" version.)
