2010 Nissan Silvia (240SX)

These cars are more than just badge-engineered copies. That's GM/Ford's problem. Nissan currently offers NOTHING like the Silvia (affordable 2+2 rwd coupe). Ford has the mustang, Chrysler has the challenger, Hyundai has their new genesis coupe, GM has the camaro, Toyota and subaru will soon have theirs, and Nissan has what? The altima? a fwd grocery getter?

It will sell a lot better than some of the other appliances on the market.

All are fairly different cars seperated by things like drivewheels, engine choices, seating capacity and pricepoints. Having more choices is a good thing and there isn't much redundancy and overlap imo. Like chevy having the Cobalt SS, Monte carlo, camaro, and corvette. All are 2 door cars, but all are also very different cars.
Lower end: Fwd 2+2 Altima coupe and Rwd 2+2 Silvia. priced between low to upper 20k's.
Mid-level: Rwd 350z. 2 seater and v6 only. $30k+
High-end - AWD GTR. $70k+.

all they have to do is scrap the Altima coupe and there will be room for it. Nissan and Infiniti are both going to produce small coupes on the shortened FM platform. the official Nissan renderings of the "FR Coupe" look better than the picture in the original post of this thread

200-260hp out of a turbo 4 in a light RWD car sounds like fun
the infiniti coupe: http://jpcnews.blogspot.com/2008/06/...coupe-off.html
