when will ford give it some freaking power?

 

That will happen in 03 and 04 when there is no direct competition for that year, then they will be like psh back to low hp GT's.

 

The back is a little different looking, I dont like the front bumper jutting out like that, and I dont like the little windows in back. The interior looks better than the Camaro's, but I don't like the exterior as much. I have to say that, even though the current Mustang has some of the same features I dont like, I like it better for some reason.

The power will eventually come from Ford....they're probably just going to wait on releasing it (dumb IMO, especially with a new Camaro and Challenger swinging for the fences with their V8s)

 

Maybe its jsut me but it doesnt seem like a big change from the current one. Isn't it supposed to be all new?

Oh yea, and what is with Fords weak *** powertrains? The LS1 came out almost 12 years ago, and Ford still cant reach its power levels N/A.

 

I think in the performance world, the mustang and camaro are not in the same tier anymore. Seriously 422hp vs 315?

I really like the way the front looks.

And I really dislike the rear rake. Power is subjective. If Ford can sell these for 3-4k less than the Camaro, it'll probably pound our little darling child in sales volume.


And I'm betting that's Ford's plan.

As others noted, thee rear on that thing is awful, but otherwise it's an alright car.
