The weight is 100+lbs over what I wanted to hear, especialy with the aluminum chassis, magnesium engine cradle and roof, along with carbon fiber wheel wheels and floor boards.
I also hope for a semiautomatic transmission. Also, in that now removed article, they said that the Z06 will get a 3 spoke steering wheel. I hope that this wheel is carried down to the C6 as well. The melted Malibu steering wheel is really fugly.
Also in the article, it discusses how GM could have made the C6R weaker so that they could make a tamer Z06, but they decided to step up on the Z06 so that the C6R can continue to dominate.
I cant wait till we get some test results about this car. This car should strike fear in the hearts of cars 2, 3, 4 times its price.
